As a team captain you are responsible for your team. Be in time at SAP Nederland B.V. and determine together with your team members the start times for the relay race. Register your team at the registration desk, after which you will receive an envelope with all relevant information (start number & relay tag for the electronic timekeeping).

Note: Your team name can no longer be changed on the day itself. We ask you to write the first names of the runners on the relevant start numbers on the spot. Marker for this will be present! After you have registered, a team photo will also be taken immediately. So the intention is for the entire team to be present at registration. Upon registration you will receive further instructions where the team photo will be taken. So share this info with your teammates!

The relay baton must be handed over to the organization afterwards as we want to use them also next year. 

13:00 - 13:30  hrs. - Warming up & welcome & start with ........... 
After a short welcome we give the starting signal at 13:00. The five kilometer run starts with a round around the SAP Nederland building. Pay attention! As a runner do not go to the start box if you do not yet start because of time registration. 

13:30 – 17:00 hrs. - Run Like Never Before
During the relay race you can encourage your team (s) for a very fast time. Snacks start at 14:30. All runners are expected to arrive around 16:00 and we will close the afternoon with an award ceremony for the fastest teams.

Participant facilities
As a participant you start at SAP Nederland B.V. and finish at in the same location. Our SAP Restaurant is open at 11:30 where you can buy your own lunch. At 12:00 you can change clo
thes in our building, use the toilet and put your luggage in the dressing room (not guarded). This year the changing rooms are located on the 1st floor for men and women - follow routing (showering at SAP is unfortunately not possible). Please keep your valuables at home!
